BioRazor believes in maintaining strict confidentiality guidelines while dealing with all of its clients.

1. Any data provided to us is used solely for the purposes for which it was provided.

2. Any Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties.

3. We recognise that information is valuable and we take all reasonable measures to protect it whilst in our care.  No information about a client will be disclosed to any third parties without the    client's consent unless the provision of the information is required by law. 

4. Information will be treated in the utmost confidence and will not be divulged to anyone outside the organisation except where extenuating circumstances exist.

5. Information will only be passed to another person / organisation outside BioRazor if an employee intends to get information from another organisation / source to help the client, then this must be explained to the client.

BioRazor strictly maintains a confidentiality agreement with all its clients and employees where each undertakes and agrees to :

(a) only use, copy or otherwise replicate the Confidential Information for the purposes envisaged under the Agreement and not to use the same for any other purpose whatsoever;

(b) ensure that only those of its officers and employees who are directly concerned with the carrying out of this Agreement have access to the Confidential Information on a strictly applied "need to know" basis and are informed of the secret and confidential nature of it;

(c) keep the Confidential Information secret and confidential and shall not directly or indirectly disclose, publish, transfer, disseminate, copy or permit to be disclosed the same to any third party for any reason without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.
